We welcomed our last 2 couples of the year today before we close on Christmas Eve. The fairy lights are sparkling in the forest and the cabins look lovely with their Christmas decorations. Already, just as dusk is falling, the owls are hooting.Over the last few days we have reorganised a lot of bookings. Unfortunately, that has included a honeymoon. I feel so sorry for the couple – such a disappointment.

We also have the Black Bull Hotel (www.blackbullgartmore.com)right next to the hall and so many excellent places to stay around the area.
