Our guests woke up to a dry and mild morning. It was a great day to get out into the forest and enjoy the nature around us.

When we were up at Jay’s Nest we noticed that someone is building a nest inside the cabin’s outdoor area. Not the most peaceful place to bring up your family.

I think it may be the wee robin who comes around with me. Today I was trying to take some more footage of him as he is beautiful – his red breast is glowing! I was sitting on the settee fixing a light and he was at my feet but every time I reached for my camera off he flew at high speed – it was uncanny. Eventually, I gave up. Christine suggested that I would not make the most patient wildlife photographer!
