After just saying I had been up in the field looking to see if I could see any sign of the pheasants in my last post, I saw them today. I could not believe my eyes. Two of the males walking down the A81! For those of you unfamiliar with the road it is fast!

The chances of survival if they continue on that trajectory are slim! We released them as far away from the road as humanly possible! It could be a coincidence and these are not ours, but, as it is the first time I have seen male pheasants in the area, it would seem rather a big coincidence.
