DREAMCATCHER CABINS

OUR MISSION

Hello!

I am Mhairi; Horst, Heidi and Ted the cat (who we didn’t manage to wrangle into the photo). Since the Patterson’s retired, I’ve been running Dreamcatcher Cabins and have been loving every minute.

When I sold my house in December 2023, I planned to downsize and live the van life.
Then I accidentally ended up in the Trossachs on holiday after Christmas, drove past dreamcatchers and the rest is history!

The Patterson’s are an amazing family, and I will be forever grateful to them for creating such an amazing place and helping so much while I’m finding my feet!

I love the idea that I now get to help people create their own memories in a beautiful, secluded location.
At the moment I am running the day-to-day at the cabins!

I’m not sure how we ended up here; it still feels like a very happy dream.

I am an outdoorsy person; before coming to Dreamcatchers, I liked to disappear off in our campervan—I’d park somewhere secluded to walk the dogs, read books, and eat Kraft cheesy pasta for dinner, throwing in a little bit of star gazing here and there when the cloud cover allowed. I loved being outdoor and being in nature.

Thank you so much to everyone who has stayed so far, everyone has been lovely and it’s helped so much in the transition.

I’m look forward to welcoming you in the future

With love, Mhairi and family x
