Did anyone notice we were gone? ….

Brian and I were lucky enough to be away for a few days cycling in the Cairngorms National Park. We were keen to stay in Scotland and support a family business which worked really well for us. We had a lovely time. It is a bit of a shock to be making my own breakfast this morning.

When we arrived home I of course was keen to know what had been happening. “We had fun” was the response from Ross. How lucky are we to be able to go away, leave Dreamcatcher Cabins in our team’s capable hands and return to “we had fun”.

Thank you “Dream Team”. You are amazing.

“A lovely escape to the woods!

We had a lovely stay in Fox’s Lair. When we arrived it was drizzling and so the fire was lit straight away and fairy lights put on – so picturesque! The red squirrels were very busy back and forward stashing nuts for the winter – one walked right across the path in front of me! We sat in front of the fire with a bottle of red wine and listened to the rain on the roof and watched it get dark.

The bath was fantastic – a lovely bath bomb and lots of candles to light, the Prosecco went down a treat! The towels and robes were cozy and fresh. The bed was very comfy with good quality bedding which makes all the difference!

We visited the Black Bull for dinner and met some of the locals involved in running the community pub – delicious food and a lovely dram! We have recommended Dreamcatcher Cabins to a few friends and look forward to returning in the future! Thanks Ross and Fiona!”
