If anyone’s been on the website recently, you’ll have seen we’re not operating at full capacity. We’ve had an error in our theme code which has taken down large parts of the site. We’re also changing our booking system. All of this is causing much confusion and a little consternation with our potential guests. We understand your concerns! As the saying goes, you have to crack some eggs to make an omelette. The system isn’t great at the moment, but in the next 2-3 weeks, we should have a shiny new website that will show you at a glance when we have availability. And it’s not just digital upgrades we’re doing. Dad’s busy doing physical upgrades too. He’s adding extending worktops and sinks which make the cabins even more liveable. It’s just over two weeks until we reopen. The goal is to have all of our improvements done by the time our guests arrive once again.
There’s a growing sense of urgency that has been absent over the past few months. I’m confident we’ll be ready come the 26th. So if you are struggling with our digital infrastructure, we appreciate your patience. I’m always grateful for how understanding and friendly you all are.
