Usually, we are run off our feet on a Friday getting ready for our weekend guests but for some reason, most of the guests are arriving tomorrow. That made for a quiet Friday.

It was lovely to have a slower pace. To have time to think and wander. It’s one of the things guests love about the cabins. I spoke to a lady yesterday and she said she could not remember the last time she had just sat.

We are all guilty of not taking time to stop to appreciate the world around us. Today I took the time and feel so much better for it.
